At Natdan Projects, we create and design experiences, developing the projects that best identify their representatives, we re-define the spaces according to the needs required in each project, whether in homes, commercial premises or offices.

Our work methodology is developed in 4 complementary phases, although all of them are necessary for the proper development and management of interior design projects, remaining as follows.
Requirements
En esta primera de la elaboración del proyecto del diseño de interiores, asentamos las bases con las cuales vamos a trabajar en el proyecto que senos ha encargado. En este punto del proyecto aparecen dos aspectos que son esenciales para el éxito final de nuestro trabajo.

1.- Información. Necesitamos saber.
Aquí entrevistamos al cliente, pidiendo bastante información sobre el espacio a trabajar y sus usos, puesto que con esta información, definiremos el programa de necesidades. Esta primera toma de contacto es muy importante para conocer la idea que tiene el cliente de como quiere que sea el resultado final.

2.- Disponibilidad económica.
Tenemos que conocer con que medios económicos vamos a contar para plasmar en la realidad el proyecto final. La economía, como es lógico, es una parte importante del proyecto a desarrollar.
Pre-project
In the second phase, the information collected is processed and work begins on the interior design pre-project, from here we make the presentation, to the client, of our project ideas.

The first details of the project are sketches of the first ideas, where it will be appreciated where the project will go. This allows us to involve the client, to contrast and ensure the line of work designed, something essential for the success of the project.

On the other hand, at this same meeting, the budget for the interior design project is presented, according to the planning designed in this pre-project.
Project
Once the budget is closed, we proceed to the development of the project, making the plans and defining the finishes and drawings necessary for the integral development, creating the final dossier of the interior design project together with the work budget.

From here we can find the following:

1.- In the event that we have only been entrusted with the project, once we have approved the final project, it passes into the hands of the client so that he can take care of the execution. Although it is not ideal, since our team knows all the details of it well and will develop it faithfully, without changes or alterations.

2.- In the event that Natdan Projects must execute the work, we will formalize the contract and our project manager will take care of organizing and planning the development of the work, turnkey, informing the client at all times of the evolution of the project. same.
Execution
The final phase, transferring the ideas, plans and designs from the paper to the home, commercial premises or office, organizing the work through a work calendar until the expected delivery date.

The delivery date, for Natdan Projects, is not just one more day, our job is to deliver the interior design project within the stipulated period, in case of not being able to comply, we will always communicate it in advance along with the explanation of the unforeseen event that has led to it.
